Between Planes & Parents

John Prin / Writer-Director-Producer

"If they can stop
loving each other,
can they stop
loving me?"
Between Planes and Parents

Each year more than a million kids struggle with the emotional and spiritual fallout of divorce.

This dramatic discussion tool, with flexible discussion guide, gives children, parents and professionals a non-threatening way to start on the path of understanding.

It will help reveal emotions and attitudes about fractured relationships regardless of the viewer's level of experience with divorce.

It begins with three unaccompanied kids who become stranded in an airport while flying coast to coast between parents. The oldest, Stacy, is reluctantly in charge. As the tension grows, so does her anger and frustration at the burden of adult responsibility and her fears about her future.

Enter Jerome, a sincere 16-year-old, who has taken the first big step in dealing with his own need for spiritual wholeness. However, he finds out how tough it is to share his new-found answers with his new romantic attraction—Stacy.
